APPOINTMENT POLICY

IMPORTANT UPDATE


Effective immediately, we will be collecting the cost of hair upfront as part of your deposit. A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required to secure your appointment and place your custom hair order.



Appointments will remain tentative until your custom hair has arrived. The remaining balance is due on the day of your installation—please do not submit final payment before this date.


Once your hair arrives, we will schedule a pre-installation visit to review your custom extensions and finalize your transformation plan.


Please note: All quotes are estimates. Final pricing will be confirmed before your appointment and may vary based on your goals, desired length, density, and color requirements.



IMPORTANT COLOR NOTICE


To maintain the integrity of your custom extensions:


• Do not cut or color your natural hair between your consultation and installation.

• If a color service is required beforehand, contact us to review the next steps.


Any changes to your natural hair after the consultation may result in a mismatch with your custom extensions. In these cases, a new hair order will be necessary, and your initial deposit will be forfeited.



REFUNDS, TRANSFERS & EXCHANGES


All services, deposits, and fees are final. They are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable under any circumstance.



CANCELLATIONS, LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS


We kindly ask for your respect and understanding regarding our scheduling policies:


Cancellations & Reschedules:

Changes or cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% cancellation fee, charged to the card on file. Please note: Deposits paid toward custom hair orders remain non-refundable and are not applied toward this cancellation fee. Future appointments cannot be booked until the fee has been paid.


Late Arrivals:

Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation, and a fee will apply. If time allows, we will do our best to complete the service within the remaining appointment window.


No-Call / No-Show:

No-call / No-Show clients will result in a 100% cancellation fee charged to the card on file. Clients who miss an appointment without notice will lose future booking privileges. If needed, we are happy to provide a referral to another trusted stylist in the area.


If You Are Feeling Unwell:

For the health and safety of all clients and staff, please reschedule if you are sick. Clients arriving unwell will be asked to rebook.
