We recommend booking your move-ups and colour appointments as early as possible.
Spots are limited and fill quickly.

HOLIDAY BOOKINGS – NOVEMBER & DECEMBER
Appointments during these months can be reserved now.
However, any changes or cancellations made after October 1st will be subject to a $50 fee, in addition to standard cancellation policies.
If your schedule is uncertain, you may wait to book closer to the holidays to avoid fees.
AFTER-HOURS APPOINTMENTS
Available upon request and will include an additional fee.

STAY ON TOP OF YOUR BOOKINGS
• Confirm your appointments within 24 hours at time of booking with a credit card
• Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled
• Prebooking is highly recommended to avoid scheduling issues and disappointment
At minimum, we suggest:
• Your next 2 move-ups
• At least 1 colour appointment
If rescheduling isn’t possible, we’re happy to refer you to a trusted stylist.

IF YOU REMOVE YOUR EXTENSIONS OR WE HAVE NOT SEEN YOU IN 8 WEEKS
A $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to hold future move-up appointments.
These appointments will be final.
No reschedules or cancellations.

NEED TO ORDER NEW HAIR?
Let us know 10 weeks in advance if you plan to add a new set or fresh wefts.
We may have hair in stock last-minute, but it’s never guaranteed.
A non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required upfront to secure your appointment and hair order.

COLOUR RECOMMENDATIONS
To keep your hair looking its best:
​
• New Install: Full Colour + New Set
• Move-Ups 2–3: Add 2–3 new wefts + Tone/Partial/Refresh
• Repeat cycle as needed
This varies based on your colour, upkeep, and time between visits.
Not sure what you need?

Need just a refresh for your extensions only?
You might not need a full colour on your natural hair.
Ask us if this option would be good for you.
