SCHEDULE CHANGES
Moving forward, we are focusing on creating a better work-life balance and maintaining an organized calendar. All available appointments will be reflected in our Fresha Customer App, which we encourage you to use for booking, canceling, or rescheduling appointments
• We have officially hired a communications manager to handle incoming messages
• Messages will be responded to only on Mondays to streamline communication (for now)
• Instagram messages will no longer be answered
• Any hair and service related questions, please jot them down and let's chat about them on your next appointment

PRICING UPDATES
Updated pricing will take effect on March 1st
​
PRE-BOOKING ENCOURAGED
To secure your preferred times, we highly recommend pre-booking until July 1st, 2025. While we understand it’s challenging to plan that far in advance, securing your spot now ensures fewer scheduling conflicts later. Please note that with limited flexibility, it may be difficult to accommodate last-minute changes or bookings a month or two in advance.
• At least try to book your next 2 move-ups and 1 colour in advance
• If you are unable to make a pre-booked appointment, we will do our absolute best to reschedule you. However, if this is not possible, we can provide referrals to other stylists in the area​
IF YOU REMOVE YOUR EXTENSIONS
• If you are pre-booked but decide to remove your hair extensions at any point or I have not seen you within 8 weeks, a $50 non-refundable deposit will be required to continue to secure each future move-up appointment. Please note that once scheduled & secured while your hair is removed, these appointments will be final and cannot be cancelled or rescheduled

HOW TO MANAGE YOUR APPOINTMENTS
Please download the Fresha Customer App to stay updated on your bookings, changes, and notifications.
• You may receive a booking notification about your appointments as I begin to lock them in. They are not yet official until you hear from me
• Once your official appointments are booked, you will receive a single text from me to look over your appointments
• Confirm all appointments within 24 hours to secure your spots. Unconfirmed appointments will be cancelled​​​​​​​​​​
• Online booking will be disabled until pre-bookings are completed

PRE-BOOKING PROCESS
We will be organizing pre-bookings throughout January and early February
​
Please provide the following details as soon as possible to secure your appointments:​
1. How many weeks between move-ups do you prefer? (6-8 weeks MAX)
PLEASE READ OUR MAINTENANCE POLICY
2. Preferred days and times (be as specific and as flexible as possible)
3. Your color routine (see recommendations below)
- On natural & extension hair
- On extension hair only
4. When you want to add in new hair
- New full set
- Adding in 2-3 new wefts every 2nd to 3rd move up to maintain thickness, brightness
& length
RECOMMENDED COLOUR ROUTINE
To optimize your schedule and maintain your hair’s best condition, we suggest the following routine:
• Full + New set of hair (New Install)
• Reverse, Tone, or Extension Refresh + Add a 2-3 new wefts (2nd or 3rd move-up)
• Partial Color (2nd move-up) + Add a 2-3 new wefts
• Reverse, Tone, or Extension Refresh + Add a 2-3 new wefts (2nd or 3rd move-up)
• Repeat - Add new set or continue to add a 2-3 new wefts
This schedule will vary based on your color type, maintenance level, and the number of weeks between move-ups. Not sure what works best for you? Reach out, and we’ll help design a routine tailored to your needs!​
• Tuesdays and Thursdays: Later appointments
• Wednesdays and Fridays: Earlier appointments

Please specify all days and times you’re available. If your preferences cannot fit within my calendar, I may refer you to another stylist.

WANT TO ADD NEW HAIR?
Let us know 10 weeks in advance if you plan to add new hair, so we have ample time to order and prepare for your desired style
